By using Yelixo's mobile app support services, you agree to these terms. Our services include app maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and technical support for mobile applications. We work within standard business hours and provide emergency support for critical issues.

Service limitations apply to third-party integrations and platform-specific restrictions. We cannot guarantee app store approval times or resolve issues beyond our technical scope. Client cooperation is required for testing and feedback during update processes.

Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary information to provide our services: contact details, app specifications, and technical requirements. This data helps us deliver targeted support and maintain service quality. We don't share your information with third parties without explicit consent.

Service Agreements

Support contracts are customized based on app complexity and client needs. We provide clear timelines for updates and maintenance work. Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect delivery schedules.

Payment terms are net 30 days for ongoing support services. Project-based work requires 50% upfront payment. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts over 60 days past due. Refunds are considered case-by-case for undelivered work.

Liability and Warranties

We provide professional services with reasonable care and industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific app performance metrics or user adoption rates. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the preceding 12 months.

Clients retain full ownership of their applications and source code. We claim no intellectual property rights over client projects. Any tools or frameworks we develop specifically for your project become your property upon final payment.
